MEET THE PRINCIPAL & Founder

Nice to meet you, I'm Trina!

I bring over 25 years of experience leading HR across public, private, and nonprofit organizations, supporting businesses at every stage, from founder-led and emerging companies to highly regulated and pre-IPO environments.

Through SwiftArc Strategic, I provide full-spectrum HR expertise and internal communication support, stepping in where businesses need clarity, structure, and experienced guidance. My work spans day-to-day HR operations as well as more complex situations involving compliance, growth, and organizational change.

I have worked in highly regulated and compliance-driven environments such as healthcare, consumer products, and organizations operating under SOX, internal controls, and government contracting requirements. This includes supporting governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (GRC), IT general controls (ITGC), and organizational needs tied to both stability and growth.

I also support businesses through key transition points, including pre- and post-IPO environments, S-1 readiness, and pre- and post-M&A planning and integration. This work includes equity program management, including RSUs and stock options, ensuring alignment between business goals and employee programs.

In addition to larger and more complex organizations, I partner closely with founders, small business owners, and emerging companies, including those in early funding stages and private equity-backed environments. Whether supporting a local business or a growing team, my focus is on bringing the right level of structure without overcomplicating how the business operates.

For over 20 years, I have contributed as a subject matter expert for HR Certification Institute, supporting the development of certifications including PHR, PHRca, PHRi, and aPHR. This work reflects a deep understanding of HR standards, compliance, and real-world application.
